Requirements

Please Order 1st what you want/need from the home page, but put my address in as the delivery address if you want me to setup your equipment 1st, {get a quote 1st}. Once I have done this, I will deliver it to your site. There is no basket so contact me if you want to combine all your orders into one. I would recommend ordering  a small number of phones 1st, so that we are happy with them before ordering the rest. 1 or 2 PCs required, 2 better as then you will have a backup to bring into service immediately. Can add later {PCs= 0,1,2 Phones= Phone Type=}

{if you already have spare PC's and phones send PC and some phones to me for setup, all data on PC will be lost}

Most work can be done in 1 day if you can configure/connect most of your own phones and add the extensions to the server. I will do the 1st few to show how its done. Quote will depend on the number of days worked on your setup. Remote Access will be a lot cheaper as there will be no travel time or hotel fees. Remote access is via your network and over the phone help.

Remote access via your network requires you have access to your router to setup port forwarding. You connect via your browser and routers local IP address and put in the routers password. (it should be somewhere on the router) Please email me picture of router and its password? and picture of port forward page so I can help with this if required. I can also remote into your PC that is connected to your router via Teamvier or Anydesk. {will you allow this?}. If you don't have access to your local router you may need an additional one via BT or Virgin.

Port forwarding {temporary, if delete when done, done for setup only, unless have permanent remote access} will be set for the server once we give it a static local address and from there I should have remote access to continue with the installation. {Do you know how to get an available static address from the router?}

To have permanent secure remote access, needed for remote support and remote extensions,  we need to get a domain for your voip server. If you don't have access to your company domain I can create a new one for small monthly fee including remote support, email server, and remote backup. You also need to pay a monthly subscription, direct to your trunk provider, see price above and let me know how  many trunk lines and phone numbers you want. 1 number, 2 trunk lines enough for most, as can have 2 calls on at the same time. {Numbers= Trunk Lines =}

Network Requirements: {must be ready before installation day} a server room where the router, POC switch and PC's are housed, with optional UPS, see my Home page.

You should have a generic email and a mobile phone available for 2nd factor auth so all the account logins and passwords can be shared by the relevant people including me. {can you create an email like voipadmin@domain.com {can create ?}

You need a POE switch connected to your router that must have reliable internet access for the outside trunk lines. I can supply POE switches see my Home page. The voip phones need to be connected to the POE switch via cat5 cables. {POE switch provides power and signal to phone} Your office may already have rj45 ports installed connected to your PCs. You can now use the PC's cable for the phones instead, and reconnect to PCs  via the phones sockets. {do you have existing cables, desk ports and POE switch?} I can run temporary cables {means site visit and more time}, or you can get network cable guy for more permanent installation of the data cables before phones arrive. You can also use wifi repeaters instead. You should allow for some spare ports. {see picture above}

I will provide a document of all your settings and passwords, needed to give remote access to any other person that can help with support such as someone from Upwork or Team Bark Your latest backup file must be downloaded and kept with this file if you don't want to start from scratch. For now this only applies if you have a local server.
